The pale figure is unphased by the cleric's chant and pulls the cleric in with an unknown magic. The cleric witnesses these horrific events and begins reciting the following mantra or prayer as if to shield himself from the mysterious figure, 'Blessed Akarat, thy eternal light protects me.eternal light protects me.'

The strange voice, appearing as the companion they left in the previous chamber, ruthlessly disembowels the two remaining thieves beginning a blood ritual. At the completion of this ritual, Lilith, Daughter of Hatred, returns to the world of Sanctuary setting up the events of Diablo IV.
